Up to 9999 lines of Item Notes may be maintained. Specific or Standard Notes may be entered and each Note Line may be targeted for any of the Item related forms

All Item Data, regardless of its source, is always immediately available. This includes:
Item Master Data, Location Data, Open Sales Order Transactions, Open Purchase Order Transactions, Open Work Order Transactions, Sales History, Purchase Order Receiving History, and Work Order Receiving History. [Sample]
User Defined Inventory Locations
An Unlimited number of User Defined Inventory Locations is supported.
Item Code Alias
An Unlimited number of User Defined Item Code Aliases is supported including Customer Specific Item Codes.
Special Alternate Descriptions containing up to 9999 lines of descriptive text can be maintained for Items requiring complex specifications. These Alternate
Descriptions are normally printed in place of the standard brief description on Sales Forms.
User Defined Product Classifications
An Unlimited number of User Defined Product Classifications may be created. These Classifications can be divided into up to three (3) levels.
User Defined G/L Account Distributions
An Unlimited number of User Defined G/L Account Distribution Codes define the set of G/L Accounts to be updated whenever there is Item movement.
User Defined Transaction Types
A large number Standard and User Defined Inventory Transaction Types may be defined. Multiple types of Receipts, Issues, Adjustments, Transfers, and Physical Inventory
