Anyone can be trained to use even the most sophisticated features of the DOT v3 Environment.  Only six (6) Function Keys, excluding the Arrow Keys and User Defined Hot Keys, control all user entry options.  This advantage coupled with a "what-you-see-is-what-you-get" (WYSIWYG) approach to data entry results in greatly reduced training time.
